Contact forms
When you fill out a contact form, your details are emailed over to contact@ccs.photography.
Your details (Name, email, phone number) may be entered onto a password protected spreadsheet to help me keep track of progress of my clients.
Conversation Details
When you contact me on Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram or Google – any information you send to me on the respective platform is subject to their privacy polices and security. The content of our conversation is stored indefinitely but can be deleted if requested.

Your images are used on my website and social media accounts for the purpose of advertising my business. None of your personal data is used on here.

Your data is not shared with other person or company and is solely kept for my own records.
How long we retain your data
My line of work is based on continuous relationships and repeat work. Therefore, unless you request otherwise, I may keep your basic contact details. (Name, Telephone Number & Email)
If you wish to for me to delete this details, please request by using the email at the bottom.
What rights you have over your data
You can request the data I hold on you at any time. You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
